Schedule Your Pickup

After booking, our dispatch team matches your shipment with a licensed, insured carrier on your route. We coordinate directly with the driver to schedule a pickup window that works for you. You'll receive confirmation details and a direct contact number for your assigned carrier.

Door-to-door pickup
Your carrier will come directly to your home, office, or any address you specify. In some dense urban areas, the driver may need to meet you at a nearby accessible street — they'll coordinate with you directly if that's the case.
Vehicle inspection at pickup
Before loading, the driver conducts a thorough walk-around inspection of your vehicle and documents its current condition on a Bill of Lading. You'll sign off on this report — it's your protection and the official record of your vehicle's pre-transport state.
Preparing your vehicle
Remove personal belongings from the interior, leave roughly a quarter tank of fuel, disable any toll tags or parking passes, and make sure the vehicle is accessible and drivable (or clearly marked as inoperable). Retract any custom antennas or spoilers if possible.
Delivered to Your Door
Track your shipment and receive your vehicle in perfect condition.
Once your vehicle is loaded and in transit, you can track its progress and stay in contact with your carrier. When your vehicle arrives at the destination, the driver will call ahead to coordinate delivery. A final inspection is completed on the spot before you sign off.

Final inspection at delivery
When your vehicle arrives, walk around it with the driver and compare its condition against the original Bill of Lading. If everything looks good, sign the delivery receipt. If you notice any new damage, note it on the form before signing — this is essential for any insurance claim.
